Return your product easily and quickly.

You have 14 days after delivery of your order to return one or more of the products you purchased.

  • Using the standard legal module, but it’s not obligatory.
  • You can do everything onlineon our support portal.
  • You can return products via post or courier.
  • When we receive your returns, you are automatically refunded.

1. Request returns

Notify us of your intention to return products on our support portal (https://mon-k.zendesk.com) or via e-mail at support@mon-k.com.

2. Prepare package

Print the label that we e-mail you, place your return in the same package it was delivered in, attach the label to your return parcel.

3. Ship it

Check the return methods of your products on the instructions sent and choose the one you prefer.

4. Wait for your refund

We will send your refund with the same method as the payment chosen for your purchase as soon as we receive your return.

I changed my mind about a product. Can I return it?

Certainly, for us you are very important, and your satisfaction is fundamental.
If you want to change your mind or unfortunately had a problem, you can decide to return the product and you will be refunded.
You must notify us that you changed your mind within 14 calendar days of receiving your order and you can insert it directly from the detail of your order by clicking on Return Request.
Your right to rescind (cancel order) applies only to consumers, that is people without a VAT number.

I purchased products with my VAT number and I have changed my mind about a product. Can I return it?

The Right to Rescind is regulated by the Consumer Code and regards only remote purchases between vendors and private consumers, no one with a VAT number, therefore, if you have a VAT number, you have no right to rescind. For more information, consult our Right to Rescind page.

I received a product by mistake

My parcel is missing an item. What do I do?

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We suggest always checking the conditions of the packaging of products you received.  We take the maximum care while packing and shipping parcels, however some problems could occur outside of our will.
If the damaged parcel or adhesive tape is not whole, write “Reservations of merchandise inspection for …” on the reception document, with a description of the problem, then write our Customer Service citing the problem.

My product doesn't work anymore; how do I know if it is still in warrantee?

All our products are covered by the conventional warrantee of the manufacturer and the 2-year guarantee for conformity defects.
To know if your product is still under guarantee, verify the delivery date on your order.
If the purchase was made by a company or with a VAT number, the legal guarantee is 1 year.
